Creating something from nothing
Zest was a brand new concept and therefore, had no branding or content to speak of. Alongside concepting for the overall web experience, we were also crafting parts of what would eventually become Zest's brand identity.
Language and Cultural Barriers
Zest was a furniture company based in China and wanted to align with sales tactics and web design that made sense to Chinese customers. In addition to creating a web design that we considered best in class, we had to make sure our Chinese counterparts felt the same.
